Click track count off problem, or setting?

In Dorico SE, When I record, the count off for the click track is too slow, but then when the actual recording starts, in the measures of the song, it’s switches into normal quarter notes, which is what I want, of course.

Would anyone know what might be causing this to happen?

Using windows 10.

Seems it had something to do with counting in before the time signature.
It’s working OK now.
