Clip Gain reset?

Can we use PLE to reset clip gain for multiple selected events? I have an AAF with thousands of events, all with different clip gain, and I need them all to reset to 0db. How can that work?

Not sure if it’s still the same in N14, but I typically just select all events and then in the info line select the β€œVolume” field, type in β€œ0”, and before pressing enter I hold down CTRL (Win). That should set all events to β€œ0”.

See if that works.

Thank you! Holding CTRL did the trick. Without it does a value offset and not value reset.

It might even work by just Ctrl clicking the gain value without typing before.

Ctrl + enter on any parameter sets them all to the same value. It’s a bit of a non-documented/hidden feature. It can be used across the application for a variety of tasks.

Good undocumented functionality, noted XD

Also, I have a few more related suggestions:

How can the clip gain automation be reset to β€˜0’ for all regions at once?

The clip gain is called event volume curve.
The regions are called audio events.
Select them all and remove the volume curve:
