I really like the idea of displaying the score on the website. I know it has been discussed on the forum, but I’m not sure about the latest updates.
I’m developing mine with Verovio, but to have something directly from Dorico it will be amazing!
It doesn’t currently exist.
The ability to display notation files in the browser is very cool; and Sibelius has always been good at that, first with the Scorch plug-in.
Is Avid hosting the cloud file storage? That gives some justification for the $199 per year.
For Steinberg to do this, they’d also have to charge a subscription.
But really, I can update PDFs of all my layouts in a few seconds, and those could be on DropBox or OneDrive, where people can view them.
(And, oh, that Cello sample grates my teeth…!)
