Cloud spaces for projects so other users can access?

Hi,
Now we’ve entered another lock down in the UK, my music partner needs access to enter our projects as and when I can’t work.

  1. Is there any cloud space cubase offers which allows me to share and save projects online so other cubase users can use, make changes and share back?

  2. If so, does this cloud space allow plugins to work, for example if I have Serum Vst on my computer and use this for an instrument, will that instrument play correctly if the other user opens the project if they don’t have serum vst installed?

It’s still unclear if plug-ins would work for the user? I.e if I use fab filter vst on channels or CLA compressors, any plug ins apart from the standard software ones, would these external plug-ins still work within the project do you know?
