Clueless about what Im running version

I bought Elements 6. Ive installed it on a Pc and a Mac. Both computers say I have SE 6 installed, not elements. I downloaded and installed the one size fits all download of Dorico again today. Still says SE when I run it. Im trying to get Padshop and Groove to connect. Ai said you need Elements. I checked. I have it. I’m going spare. Can’t find any actual help desk, so forums it is. Sorry. Boring question for the tech department. If anyone can help, kind regards.

PS Im run-in an emulator on the Mac, a 2009 with latest 15 OS. I don’t imagine that would bother anything. When I open my account profile on the Mac and PC its says I have not installed Elements in any instance, even thought Ive done it on both Mac and PC. Its probably me.

The software is always the same. What version you will see depends on the installed license, but the download does not change.

Did you launch the Activation Manager and activate your Elements License in there?

Thanks. I accidentally solved it whilst you replied.. only took 2 months since installation, which is fast, really, for me. Kind Regards
