Hi there!

First thing first!

You need to first update your hardware to a new firmware and download drivers.
You will find them here-------->
http://www.steinberg.net/en/support/downloads_hardware/downloads_cmc0.html

DOWNLAOD ALL and READ and follow all the instructions and the manual; “how upgrade” and “how to install” the hardware’s and software’s. Take your time! :wink:

If you done everything right, Cubase and the hardware will automatically get connected and work as soon as you launch Cubase.

A tips, activate the “LED light” and the AI will shine in the dark. That activation you will find in one of the Cubase menus.

Good Luck! :wink:
