CMC user function settings did not transfer to CP8

Is there away to manually transfer the file(s) from 7.5 to 8?

Your configuration is saved inside the defaults.xml file (C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase 7.5_64)

I did my manually. Looking for the specific lines to transfer to the new defaults.xml
or you can try to simply copy the older file to the Cubase8_64 folder. But I don’t know if this will harm your Cubase 8 configuration.

I think I’d be better off redoing them. too bad there isn’t a easier way of transferring them
