Hi. When I want to apply a CODA symbol on the last measure, nothing works and I can’t find it. How can I do it? Also, how can I separate the last 2 coda measures from the piece? Thanks again for your help!

Put the caret at the start of that last bar. Then Shift+ R, coda, Enter (don’t write the commas, obviously)
If you want to have a gap before the coda, there’s an Engraving Option>Repeat markers where you define the gap:
