Don’t know if there is a command for it, but you can do it by creating a preset with the project logical editor, and then activate that preset with a keycommand:

Put this in the top section of the Project Logical Editor (Edit>Project Logical Editor):
-Container Type is equal to - Track - AND
-Property - Property is Set - Event is selected

And in the bottom section:
-Track Operation - Lanes Active - Disable

Save as a preset, and then assign a key to that preset…voila…
