how to make sure to collect and copy all audio files into the project´s audio folder. Checked a bit on Media Pool, but not sure how to yet…

Right click on media pool - copy media files to project folder or something like that. If you use groove agent, the Files used with it, won’t be copied.
Prepare Archive may be the function you are looking for.
