Wouldn’t it be handy to give a visual indication about which checkboxes belong to which category?

Yes, it would be nice, and it is something we may add in the future, though it’s not something we expect to work on imminently.

Even a list matching color to category would be helpful, but I wasn’t able to find one in the v. 6 Operation Manual or online help.
