For some reason command+dragging an audio clip from a “lane” track does not maintain the time location of the clip–which is a big setback when creating a comp track from the takes offered within the recording lanes. Instead, the “command” offers a playback head to hear the clip I am trying to move over to the comp track. Is is possible to change this somewhere within the preferences?
Otherwise, I would like to submit a feature request to change this behavior.
