How do I get a license for the VST Rack

what is the VST Rack?
It appears to be a Yamaha software FX rack that comes with a selection of built in VST plugins. There’s an Elements and a Pro version and the plugins included are a combination of Yamaha and Steinberg titles.
As far as I can tell it is only available with the purchase of Yamaha hardware but it does use the Steinberg licensing engine (at least V2 does).
So basically, it’s pointless to download?
Unless you own one of the relevant Yamaha mixers or interfaces there doesn’t seem to be any way to license the product so yes, it appears to be pointless.
