Condense -Articulations

There are two accents shown in “condense,” but only one is displayed. How can I display the one above it?

May be by excluding that bar from condensing: manual condensing 1. bassoon upward voice 2. bassoon downward voice.

Even if I omit just one word, accents appear in two places. How can I hide them in certain areas? Do I have to type them in only one place from the start?

I see you have already done the manual condensing.
But there was a flipped stem, that is why the articulation ended up on that side.
Still what I can’t figure out: why does the articulation display inside the slur when condensing is on? Articulations of force should always display outside of slurs.
May be this is an unsolved issue with condensing - or something I don’t know about..

Your condensing change places the Bassoon 1 in an upstem voice and Bassoon 2 in a downstem voice, but at the same time you forced the stem of the upstem voice down again. That’s what’s making the accent go below the staff. I know too little about condensing to tell you if you can achieve what you want (i.e. both stems down with 2 accents shown), but that is what’s causing it.

edit: ninja’d by @k_b !

I want it to look like the image above.

Give only one of the bassoons the Accent. Go to Write Mode, Galley view, and delete one of the > Accents.

Thanks.

I think one of them should be deleted.

You will have to switch to Sibelius. The Rastral paper reminds me of past times.
