Condensing and Lyric Extender Lines

Hi, I have a score with SATB which is condensed. There are some lyric extension lines with no lyrics in front. I can’t seem to delete them. Any ideas?

It looks like you possibly flipped the lyric to the other side of the stave and the lyric extender line didn’t follow with it. Regardless, you can grab the end of the extender line and drag it back to the beginning and eventually you’ll cross the threshold where it no longer renders.
