I don’t understand why there are voice 2 rests in trumpets here and not in Horns

Here’s another instance. It just looks wrong, and I don’t know how to fix.
Bassoon looks right, clarinets looks wrong

Made a cut-down file. But the error didn’t reproduce.
Must be a bug in the rendering
