Condensing deletes these slurs

Switching to Page view makes them disappear:

How do I fix this?

Are you sure you’re looking at the same instrument?

It’s not only those slurs, a note is missing on the first beat of measure #99 too, And the hairpin, and the ff at bar 97, and the trill …

I am sure I am looking at the same instrument. In Page View, the staff is shared between the bass trombone and the tuba, which explains the higher note in m.99. The hairpin and the ff also disappeared from the condensing.

You may be able to recover the slurs by setting a manual condensing change (that does nothing) at the start of bar 99, though it may not respect the slur into that bar.

Condensing has its quirks. If you could upload the score someone may be able to help.

There is a Condensing Change in bar 27 for Tbn. 3 / Tuba to force both instruments to stems up.

Change that to Reset condensing.

This got the slurs back, but now there are new problems: A pointless quarter rest for the B. Tbn (even though I have it set to hide rests for inactive players), two player labels for the Tba. instead of one, and the trill is on the wrong side of the F.

You could insert another condensing change with stems up/down in bar 97.
And you can flip the trill in Engrave Mode.

But you have this value set to 4, which prevents Dorico to hide rests smaller than whole. Set it to maximum 1 and your quarter rest will disappear (I’d suggest 0 if you want all the rests of inactive players to be hidden).
