I’ve condensed Glockenspiel & Chimes in a score, but the Glock parts are still displaying as their sounding 15ma. Are there ways to have it display as is on the part for the Glockenspiel?

Not that it cannot be done, but condensing was not really designed for unlike instruments or transpositions.
Two instruments of different transpositions should not be condensed together. If you really want to do it for some reason, you might be able to spoof the glockenspiel with a renamed vibraphone or something.
