I got all the grace notes and corresponding slurs placed in the proper direction before condensing, but condensed the stems and slurs are back to the improper direction.
What do I do?
I don’t really know the answer straight off the bat but if you attach a small part of this project then I’m happy to explore.

Here is the bar in question. How can I get stems and slurs to stay in position when it goes to condensing?
Condensed music sometimes doesn’t inherit the properties of the uncondensed source music. But you can customise some of the properties of the condensed music in Engrave mode (and those properties are independent from the ones in uncondensed status).
In you case case you can select in Engrave mode the condensed grace notes beams, and flip the corresponding stems as desired, with F:
