Concert Band Score. Condensing turned on. French Horn 1 and 2 start out condensed to one staff as it should be. All of a sudden on page 3 and 4 the two horns split to 2 staves. Then on page 5 they come back together again. They split again on page 6 but come back together on page 7. Does anyone know why the condensed Horn part is spliting on certain pages?

With condensing issues, it’s very hard to diagnose without seeing the project file.

It’s Notation Options > Condensing > Pitch Crossing > Maximum number of pitch crossings, which you have set to 1. In bar 18, Horn 2 is higher than Horn 1 for the second two notes.
If you insert a condensing change at bar 13 and allow 3 pitch crossings in the horns, they’ll condense to one staff. (I think it counts each notehead, not each actual note.) You can reset it in bar 19.
