Condensing of grace notes?

Is there an automatic way of getting passages with grace notes to share stem, other than manual condensing? Or should it not be done at all?

I think they should share a stem automatically? Can you attach a project with this excerpt?

Edit:
Are they the same type of grace note in both instruments? (click on each and check in Properties)

Here you go. I pasted the music into a new file and then it works as expected so the culprit must be somewhere in my settings but I just cannot see where. The file as it is has my settings imported.

The settings to change are:

Notation Options > Condensing > Mid-phrase unison approach > Allow mid-phrase unisons

(It’s the unison G in bar 3 that is the culprit)
