The 4th trumpet stays with the trumpet condensing group when it should have it’s own stave. Like the 1st trombone and 1st tenor. That way the 4th trumpet would have slashes instead of down stem quarter notes. How do I get the 4th trumpet to peel off to it’s own stave, like the 1st trombone and 1st tenor? I did nothing to achieve this with the trombone and tenor.

it’s hard to say without more information - such as the settings in Layout options - Condensing. or any previous manual changes. also it’s possible to add a Manual condensing change to achieve the condensing you want
