I dont know the correct term for this:
I want to put signs for the conductor and orchestra in a free timing event in the score
Preferable like the scores pencil triangles
Some symbols are in the 4.76 Conductor Symbols SMuFL range.

How do I get it into my score? I can see that DORICO is loaded with bravura which SMuFl uses but where do I find the symbols?
Or maybe rather the question should be:
If I want to use self made - or other not standard symbols how do I approach this?
If you are inputting these as Shift-X text, right click during input, select Insert Music Text, then select Conductor Symbols from the dropdown.
If using your own symbols that are in a font, you can input the unicode glyph by entering the 4 digit code then type Alt/Opt+X. If it’s from a graphic, you’ll likely have to use Playing Techniques. The advantage with Shift-X text is that you can switch to Local to hide all of this text in the part that occupies the top staff of any system and it won’t affect multibar rest consolidation.
