Voltage Modular is a modular synth. It functions as both a stand-alone and a VST. It has numerous presets as well. It opens as an EFFECT in Cubase. Does anyone know how to configure it as an instrument so that I can play its presets from my MIDI keyboard (Akai MP261). This is the only 64-bit VST that I have any problems with. (I have several hundred including Omnisphere, NI 12 Ultimate, and many free and boutique plugs.

You cannot configure it. It’s on the developers’ side to decide, if it’s a VST (effect) or VSTi (Instrument).
