Configure WaveLab to listen to windows sounds ?

Hi !
Can I configure WaveLab to listen to windows sounds ?
Like the free “Orban Loudness Meter”- any incoming signal that we play in PC (Youtube, VLC…)
will go through WaveLab so we can analize it ?

But note that some audio cards have routing packages which enable software audio output to be presented as an input for other programs (the old E-Mu cards had the best!). Or you can install a “VirtualCable” which does the same thing. I use this one (though for another reason: to get round a design limitation of my audio card’s driver in multichannel usage).
