This issue persists in 10.5 Upgraded to latest 10.5.12 and issue still persists.
I do not see AllNotsOff messages in midi monitor but behavior is the same. 
Can anyone else confirm if they see this behavior in 10.5 ?
This seems like a regression in behavior just not seeing the noteoff messages.
Couldnāt reproduce this in 10.0.60.
This issue has been fixed in later versions of 10.0. seems like its regressed in 10.5

I have just tested this in Cubase 10.5. It works to me here.
Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?
After further testing it seems like this is ONLY happening for Arturia VST synths. I use their suite extensively so thatās kind of a bummer. Maybe its just an issue going on on their endā¦
Tried it with Analog Lab 4 Lite and Pigments. Seem to work fine.
