Conflicting Keybinds between Windows 10 and Dorico Elements

Hello! I’m a new user of Dorico Elements 5, so please forgive me if this is an obvious or previously answered question. I am running Windows 10 64-bit.

The keybind for transposing a selection up or down an octave is alt+cntl+(appropriate arrow key). This conflicts with the Windows keybind for orienting your screen. Does anyone know of a solution for this? Whether I change the Dorico settings or the Windows settings, either way is okay with me. I need the Dorico feature more than the Windows setting. Thanks in advance!

If you need to remove the standard shortcuts and replace them with your own, you can do that in Edit > Preferences.

And welcome to the forum, @0rch3stralTB .
