connect Cubase LE elements 8 to Zoom R8

My cubase doesn’t see Zoom R8 in the vst list of connections. It sees the audio box pre sonus, the guitar rig but not Zoom R8.
Why? What have I do?
Moreover the support form in “mysupport” doesn’t work, so I can’t contact them directly.
I’m becoming crazy!

Is the Zoom R8 driver selected in the Devices > Device Setup > VST Audio System first?
