As far as I know, the Dorico mixer UI doesn’t offer access via midi CC or any kind of mixer control protocol (such as Mackie HUI or Eucon). You can, however, assign those knobs to CC7 for midi-based volume control on the selected track. I haven’t yet upgraded to Dorico 6 (still on 5) but I don’t believe there have been any changes in this department.
