I had everything working – until I upgraded today. Now the Event Monitor connect sync light stays red. Others are green. I have read and reread all the instructions. I’m at my wit’s end. What might it be?!
Sometimes there is no audio from the other side. we can’t reproduce it and are working on a possible fix nevertheless. So far reports indicate that restarting or reconnecting fixes it, posslibly several times. If the problem persists, write a PM pls. Sorry for the inconvenience.
