Connecting MIDI Keyboard while CE 5 is Open

Hello all,

I have recently set up my MIDI keyboard in CE 5, and everything has been working great. However I have noticed that if I connect the keyboard while Cubase is open, it is not recognized. Is there any way to prompt Cubase to recognize the keyboard if I plug it in while CE 5 is open (aka make it plug and play), or must I always connect the keyboard BEFORE I open Cubase?

Cubase initializes MIDI devices at startup, only way is to power up before opening.
