I just bought a Native Instruments A49 keyboard controller to use in my Elements 10 software. This is my first keyboard controller. I’ve tried to connect the keyboard (following the instructions per the manual) to Elements but it’s not making the connection. I’m positive it’s something that I’m doing wrong. Could someone kindly walk me through the steps to get it connected? Thanks for any and all help.
I’m absolutely sure that it’s something (simple?) that you’re missing? Because connecting a simple midi keyboard to a simple USB connector should enable you to use it in Cubase? But there’s just too little information you provide for any of us to start helping you with this? Do you see the device in the inspector? Do you see the midi indicator responding when you press a key?
