Consistent crash when renaming new workspace

I’m getting a 100% repro rate on this crash:

  1. Create a new workspace (Workspaces → Add workspace)
  2. Start typing it’s name in the text box that pops up
  3. CTD

Workaround is to create it through the Organize… option instead.

Cubase 14.0.32 on MacOS 15.5 (M4 Max)

Works OK for me. CB14.0.31. Intel/MacOS 14.7.6

Tested on M3 Max and M3 Ultra on 14.0.32/15.5 (two different systems) and no issues. I use workspaces all the time and have never had this issue - though I don’t think I’ve created one on 14.0.32, but just tested twice to be thorough.

Maybe upload your .ips file?

Hi,

I’m on Windows 11 and after updating to 14.0.32 I had the same behaviour. Happened once a few day ago. After rebooting the issue did not come back (so far)

I got this with Cubase 14.0.40 on Intel iMac Pro 2017, macOS 15.7.1 .
