Constant daw noise from my ur22c

Hello everyone, I just bought a UR22C to record my guitar, I installed all drivers and dpsMixfx and it was working like fine wine , After 2 weeks i noticed there is constant Noise in the Daw section of DpsMixFx , I tried everything to fix it and reverted back to past version of DpsMixfx to get the loopback function , But it wasn’t the problem , even i turn the gain knob up and down nothing works there is noise lots of noise , And since i have spent like 2weeks now i cannot return it and my hope only to send it for repair but that wont work since in my country (Morocco) customers opinions and bought considered like nothing , SO IF ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM PLZ HELP , i dont want to buy another interface

i am not using a daw just an amp sim , amplitude 5 , i tried reaper but with no resolve , just dpsmixfx alone has constant outpout from the daw part shown in the screenshot
