Contacting Cubase directly?

Hi guys,
I’m having a number of issues with Cubase now that are getting to the point of ridiculous. I would like to speak to someone form Steinberg’s technical support department but I’ve been told that all their call centres are based in Germany, and that calling from the UK it’s really difficult to actually get any helpful answers.

Can anyone tell me whether it’s possible to speak to a technical support department who are able to go through a proper troubleshooting procedure - or give me a phone number or anything like that?

Maybe you can try to contact them through the support site and schedule a phone support call.

or you can pm one of the moderators. These are skilled users but they are very busy. E.g. Steve in chicago or martin hirshak. If you put to them a decent motivated question they will respond.
