The new shortened menu is missing many things that are essential to my workflow for example: ‘Select pitch’ ‘Delete overlap’ ‘legato’ etc
Is there a way to add these to the context menu or go back to the previous one?

Nope, they’ve completely butchered the context menu - there’s a few threads about it already.
Don’t try to understand it, it makes literally no sense.
