atleast on pc the setup is the same as before.

add monitor → select your output
add monitor → select your headphones amp
add talkback → select your talkback

Save the preset when you have it setup the way you prefer for easy loading if it reset

Also make sure the “outputs” section is not connected

Yep, that is what I am doing but I get no sound on the mains through the control room.

It’s gotta be me just missing a step there … or my brain is just isn’t smart enough to do it correctly

I’ll give it a try again here in a bit. Thanks for your help Glenn.

I’m having the same issues here on my Mac M1. I copied every setting from Cubase 13 [which is working properly], but I get nothing on Cubase 14!
This is very frustrating…I’ve tried just about everything and nothing.
I bet its a bug.

On my end, the C14 Control Room works as expected with these connections :

Overall, two tips, maybe :

  • As @glennloopez stated previously, be sure that the Stereo Out bus is set to Not Connected, in the Audio Connections > Outputs panel.

  • Set the different Control Room busses that should be used to independent outputs in the Audio Connections > Control Room one.

Well, I went in to check it again and I found a few oddities but the changes I made didn’t do anything so…

However, It seems to be working now and for that I am happy. Thanks for all the help my friends.
