Well as i mentioned in the title
The mono function doesn’t work properly
What makes you think it does not work properly? Could it be that you are experiencing phase cancellation between the left and right channels?
Did you maybe leave the stereo out connected in audio connections…so you hear that and control room out together??
What do you see in the Audio Connection settings > Outputs?
This seems most likely to me. Supervision has a module to look at the phase.
