hi, control room plugins doesn’t work for me - and when i click the control room button it turn green but the volume drops really low - still doesn’t work

Your plug-ins sit on the Main, not on the Phones (named as Control Room on your side), but in the Control Room window, you have Phones (named as Control Room on your side) selected.
What is your preferred routing?
Just added a “monitor” to my control room in studio setting, and it works lol
