I am looking to control transport functions in cubase with an external pedal.
I have a switch pedal running through a doremidi pedal controller. The pedal is configured for CC output (doesn’t have the option for mmc) and depressing the pedal will start the sequencers on both a yamaha and korg synthesizer I have connected. I have tried unsuccessfully to create a generic remote in cubase. Can the generic remote convert CC to transport functions?
I am not a big expert on generic remote but I am led to believe using CC in order to remotely operate Cubase should be doable.
What do you want to control specifically?
