Controlling 'Sample Start'

I’ve imported a drum kit (6-7 samples) into Halion 4.5 Beta

Now I want to to assign ‘sample start’ to either a quick control or to the mod wheel in order to control the ‘sample start’ for all samples with one control. One by one I have set up each sample in the modulation matrix this way:
Mod source: QC 1 or Mod Wheel → Mod destination: sample start.

The problem is that moving the mod wheel/quick control does not have any effect.

Would appreciate if someone would test this to see if you can make it work and then drop me few a words describing the procedure.

The simple answer is: do not forget to increase the ‘Start Range’ value in the Sample editor, as this parameter defines the new start point.
