Convert CC7 to CC11 realtime?

Hello friends,

My foot controller is hardwired to CC7 and cannot be changed. (Doepfer LMK)

Is there a way to convert the cc7 input to cc11 in realtime during recording?

Filter Target
( Type | Equal | Controller | And
Value 1 | Equal | 7 )

Action Target
Value 1 | Set to Fixed Value | 11
