converting Audio to Midi

I was wondering is there a clean way of converting a Audio keyboard Track to Midi. I’m running Cubase 6.5

Depending on the audio, Variaudio might be able to do it. More info in the manual, and several threads on the forum.

Vari audio seems to be kind of out of sync, like muffled
