Yes, like you said it. Create a midi track, insert midi plugin, route midi track output to vsti. You’ll have to use the instrument rack (not an instrument track).

I think the problem is, that MIDI Shaper is a VST FX, not a MIDI FX…?!

Oh I see… Why not insert it on the vst instrument track?

because i have a AudioTrack with 8 Midi-Shapers in the inserts.
and than i create a Midi-Track and choose one of the Midi-Shpaer as input…

it works well… but i wonder if i can use Midi-Shaper in a Midi-Track as insert, (than i have not to put a triggersignal on the Midi-Shaper…) i thoght i read it somewhere that it is possible with jbridge i think…

I’d like Midi-Tracks because of their 5 destinations… (Output(1xMidi-Shaper) + 4 sends (4x Midi-Shaper) and the VSTs in a Instrument-Track are processed after the VSTi, so it don’t get midi from the inserts. (exept from the MIDI-Inserts…)

Thx in Advance!
