Convolution reverb is not working

Hi,
In my The Grant 3.3.0.171 version (Cubase 14.0.32) I do not get any convolution reverb. The algoritmic reverbs are working normally.
What could I check?

Check to see if they’re installed

C Drive > ProgramData > Steinberg > The Grand 3 > Sub Presets > Reverb > Stereo

Thanks for your response, sorry, I write just now that this got solved a little late. Don’t know if the sub presets/Reverb/Stereo was present. I took a more drastic approach yesterday.
First I reinstalled the sample data because the convolution wave could be part of that. That didn’t solve the problem.
Reinstalling the app itself brought the solution.
