Cooling paste for processor....absolutley necessary?

Asking because i have a hypersensitive nose ansd asthma. I have a Intel Core i7 14700F 2.1 GHz 61MB cpu and i´ve used the paste that comes with the CPU.

Ive tried reducing the paste twice but no result.

Is the difference with or without it big?

There are several thermal pastes available on the market. You may want to look around at some of them. Are you aware of what chemical affects you?

As far as paste being necessary, it really is. It is critical that the heat from the processor is conducted and distributed as evenly as possible across the base of the cooler. Heat buildup and hot spots on the CPU are things you want to avoid at all costs, preventing both thermal throttling and outright damage to the processor.

Thanks for the reply. I have problems with a lot of different stuff but i was surprised because my previous computer (built that one myself too) did not do this at all to me.
Ill try to have the new it running day and night with as little load as possible for some time and see what happens before i try another brand of paste. Thanks for warning me not to remove the paste
