I want to draw a dotted line at the point marked on bar 5. How do I do that?

I think you should change the coordination line’s color to white.

I tested this in your file, and the line you’re using needs to be a bit thicker in order to fully hide the systemic barline. Here’s how you can do it:

How do I create the two vertical dotted lines in measure 3? Do I need to draw them one by one and then position them?
No easy way, I’m afraid. Two different lines may be the easiest.

Create it at another rhythmic position (like 3d beat of bar 4) and move it.
