I have a 5 Sax section template that I want to export to an active project - can this be done. Cubase 13 Pro latest version.

If it’s not a template, but rather a common project, then in the active project, you can use the File > Import > Tracks from Project.
In principle, projects or parts of projects cannot be exported directly to other projects. As mentioned, however, tracks can be imported from projects into other projects. In this context, template projects behave like normal projects (ending .cpr), except that they are saved in a dedicated folder, namely in %APPDATA%\Steinberg\Cubase 13_64\Project Templates.
