Is there a way to copy and paste articulations only? (So you can copy just the articulations and paste them to on another line with different notes but the same rhythm.) The Edit filter doesn’t seem to have that, Finale does, sure would be helpful!
May I make a request for copy and paste articulations?! I use that a lot in Finale, saves much time.
I’m guessing independent filtering also applies to accidentals. I write exercises for students in 12 keys, major, minor, etc., and it would be nice to be able to work from a flow, make alterations to one key in the exercise, then copy the changes in accidentals to the other 11 keys.
Maybe there’s a better way??

It depends exactly what you are trying to achieve.
You can use Write>Transpose… (though with transposing instruments you need to be careful at the extreme keys)
You can use Write>Transform>Pitches... to map pitches into different keys (or scales)
And many transformations are simple using the shift-I popover.
It’s worth mentioning that this is an old thread, and Dorico can now Paste Articulations.
So… I’ve found how to map pitches from the lydian mode to lydian dominant but it’s almost quicker to manually scroll through each scale and make the necessary changes. Coming from Finale, we could make the change to 1 scale then copy and paste to the subsequent key signatures (generally, around the circle of 5ths) and the scale would be properly transposed, with alterations, into the new key.

Key signatures in Dorico do not change pitches (as they never should!). They just change the appearance of pitches (ie which pitches get accidentals shown)
(Assuming you know the root of your scale, let’s say C) it is as simple as selecting all the notes to change and doing shift-i c lyd to c lyd dom.
If you want to transpose to a different root you can do (eg) shift-i c lyd to eb lyd dom
