copy and relink

Sometime I accidentally tracklay audio from my archive drive into a project without having it copied to my project audio folder. Will say this audio plays in project x but plays from my archive drive.
I want to sort out that mistake and the audio to be copied and then played from my project audio folder. I only want it from that one audio (no “prepary archive”)
The only way I found until now to get to that is rather complicated:
Shut down Nuendo - find that audio on archive drive - copy it to project folder - rename it on archive drive - restart Nuendo and project - in missing files window direct Nuendo to project audio folder

There must be an easier way?
Something like Pro Tools “Copy and Relink”?

Check “create self-contained projects” / “prepare archive” page 83 in the manual. That might be what you’re looking for.

I know that one…but that would copy all referenced audio into my project audio folder (tons of guide tracks and music temps…) I only want it from that one audiofile.
